HOW TO JOIN the Towns County Homeowners Association (TCHA):
All those who call Towns County "home" are invited to join TCHA, even if you live here only part of the year, or are registered to vote elsewhere. We are an all volunteer organization, with no paid officers or members. Annual membership dues are $25 per household. (Some members pay $50 for two years.) Our fiscal year runs from July 1st through June 30th. Checks should be sent to TCHA, PO Box 455, Hiawassee, Ga. 30546-1594. If you would like to help promote membership, or have questions, please call Wes Lerdon at 896-2227. The Membership Application below is for your use, and if you have an Email address please provide it. This saves us mail costs and is quicker communication to you. We send only one or two e-mails per month, and they are sent by Blind Computer Copy (BCC) to protect your I.D. Click here for a more printable form.

The membership year 2009 dues, for existing members, were due July 1, 2008. Many members prefer to pay $50 for two years, in which event they would be members through June 30, 2010. - Existing members who paid $50 last year are already paid through June 2009.
